We deliver to all areas in Sri Lanka via postal courier service.

Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 2-7 working days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays / Poya Days / Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on:
- Package weight / Book count
- Courier company rates

Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD available all over the island
- Some noted customers may require full payment before dispatch

Order Tracking
Once dispatched, we will share:
Courier tracking number
Dispatch confirmation sent via website/email

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
If the delivery fails due to:
- Wrong address
- Customer unavailable
- Phone switched off
The customer may need to pay re-delivery charges.
